PART A

Contest Period

The “Gummy C Tongue Twister Challenge” contest is organised by the Elken (“Organiser”) and will run for 15 days, from 12:00 AM 5^th August 2020 – 11.59 PM ends on 19^thAugust 2020 (both dates inclusive). Entries received after the Contest Period will automatically be disqualified. All Contest participants are subject to the Terms and Conditions stated herein.

Eligibility

Contest is open to all Malaysians, Singaporeans & Bruneians, aged 5 years and above only.
Proof of purchase to participate in this Contest is not required in order to be in the running to win the Contest.

Contest Overview:

Think you’re fast enough for our Gummy C Tongue Twister Challenge? Then get ready for a mouthful of chewable fun! To participate, simply record a 10-second video of yourself doing the tongue twister challenge while chewing a Gummy C in your mouth. Upload your video to your Facebook or Instagram account and stand a chance to win a bottle of Gummy C sponsored by Elken!

How to Participate:

In order to participate in this Contest, all Participants must:

1(a) Record a 10-second video of yourself creatively doing the tongue twister while chewing at least one (1) Gummy C in your mouth.

Pick either one language listed below for your video recording:

1(b) Visit our Gummy C booth set up at EK One, Elken Headquarters (located at No. 20, Wisma Elken, Jalan 1/137C, Batu 5, Jalan Klang Lama, 58000 Kuala Lumpur) from 5^th August – 12^th Aug 2020 (except Saturdays and Sundays) between 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm to do the 10-second tongue twister chellenge. We will be there to record the video for you with some ready props. A mystery gift will be handed out to you once you have uploaded the video onto your Facebook or Instagram account.

Upload the video using the hashtags: #EKGummyC #TongueTwisterChallenge

Ensure your Facebook and/or Instagram accounts are set to “Public”. Accounts which are not set to public, or posts, which do not exhbit the hashtags mentioned above will not be eligible to receive a prize.

OPTIONAL: Nominate and tag 3 friends in the caption of the video to take up this challenge.

OPTIONAL: Copy and paste our prepared captions (Refer to PART B) to share to your social media account when posting your video.

OPTIONAL: Upload your video using our pre-made video stickers to include in your video. Please refer to PART C below on how to download.
Each participant may submit more than one entry during the Contest Period on either Facebook or Instagram but is only eligible to win one (1) bottle of Gummy C (60 gummies) if chosen as a winner.
REMINDER! Please exercise caution when participating in the challenge. Minors must be closely supervised by parents/guardians at all times.

How to Win?

Winning entries will be judged based on the four (4) criteria below:

The video with the most number of likes
The most fun and creative video
The one with the most precise pronunciation within 10 seconds
Must chew one (1) Gummy C while doing the Tongue Twister Challenge

They will be chosen by a panel of judges. All decisions are final and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

50 winners will be selected at the end of the Contest Period and will be notified via Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct (Direct Messaging).

If a winner does not reply within seven (7) days from notification date, his/her prize (“Prize”) will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.

Prizes will be delivered to winners in Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei only after the Contest Period. Please provide us with your full name, delivery address and mobile number via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating in this Contest, Participants and Guardians of Participants for minor under 18 (“Participants”) agree:- i) and consent the Organizer in processing of your/minors’ personal data by, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010; ii) the Organizer to publish/use Participants personal data or video footages, and photos for contest evaluation, marketing/advertising purpose in any manner deemed appropriate; iii) to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein and Organizer may modify the Terms & Conditions herein without prior notice; iv) Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or disappointment suffered by Participants due to force majeure events that is beyond party’s reasonable control; and v) Organizer’s decisions are final and binding
